The official Pilsen website is an important communication channel between the city and its citizens. We create user-friendly pages for you that inform you and help you solve life situations.

The city’s website is one of the important communication channels between the city and its citizens. The ability to inform, provide information, and help solve life situations – these are the key features of the website.

What’s the aim of the project?

Compared to the original website, the aim here is to provide Pilsen’s citizens with a clearer, more intuitive form of information needed for their life in the city, for communication with public offices, and for solving life situations.

What’s the result of the project?

  • a redesigned website (width of the website, graphic elements, etc.)
  • home page offering the most common solutions of life situations (dealing with offices)
  • the main navigation bar with areas that were previously “drowned” in the content, namely:
    • transport
    • education
    • social services
    • business
  • revised content, irrelevant (expired) information removed

The project will continue with the so-called Electronic Citizen’s Portal, and in its first stage we will carry out a fundamental restructuring of so-called “life situations” (via a simplified structure, comprehensibility for citizens who aren’t familiar with bureaucratic terminology, connection to interactive forms, development of a booking system so that people can spend their remaining time outside the office building until their turn at the counter.)
