Communication is fundamental. Chatbot is a virtual partner ready to give you advice 24 hours a day on the most common situations that are dealt with at Pilsen’s offices.

Pilsen has another tool for communicating with its citizens – ChatBot – a robot facilitating immediate communication with Pilsen’s citizens.

ChatBot is a conversation window in which a message appears from the robot of the City of Pilsen. The robot will give you advice on a situation that can be handled at the city’s offices. With the use of this automated conversation, the individual does not have to browse the website – the important information he or she is looking for is right in front of him immediately in a matter of seconds.

What’s the aim of the project?

  • To launch a computer programme that simulates human conversation and helps with basic orientation in the most frequent life situations that people need to deal with at the municipal offices.

What’s the result of the project?

  • For websites, ChatBot appears as a pop-up window in the lower right corner of the screen.
  • The programme will also be part of the Pilsen Facebook profile – the official website of the city.
  • Messenger users can also find it under the name Chatbot-Města-Plzeň.

The current version will offer information from several selected areas – personal documents, civil registry, trade license office, drivers’ register, vehicle register and car registration plates.
