With the PlzniTo application, anyone can easily report a defect in public space, which we will then deal with as soon as possible.
What’s the aim of the project?
To enable Pilsen’s inhabitants to report problems in the city such as defects on outdoor furniture and equipment, rubbish and mess, illegal waste dumping, etc.
What’s the result of the project?
The mobile application (part of the Pilsen – Citizen app) or its web version allows anyone to enter a suggestion to eliminate a defect on city property, in a public space, etc. The requests are directed to city administrators and resolved as soon as possible. The sender receives feedback on the status of the solution.
The application is available for Android, iOS and Windows Phone in the individual platforms’ stores.
